Moon and Venus in the 2nd House

Moon and Venus together in the 2nd house give all good things in life, namely, good knowledge of navigation, of music, dance, fine arts, acting, directing actors and actresses, production of films and their distribution. They give good clothes, good decoration to house and sometimes to work place too (provided it belongs to the individual). They can give, depending on the Rasi in the 2nd house and relations of Moon and Venus with the lord of the 2nd house, a beautiful spouse (many a time an envy and attraction- point for others). Ancient authorities have said: “roopvati triya shatru”  meaning a beautiful wife proves an enemy because many people have an eye on her!

This combination generally easily gets an admission in a medical college or school, and ultimately the individual turns out to be an efficient and well-known physician, or a Radiologist and pathologist or at least working in the field of medicine, radiology or pathology  For the individual’s knowledge, education, profession or any other reason, the individual is a Centre-point of attraction of the opposite sex, and sometimes of the same sex, though ancients have said that a woman doesn’t get attracted towards another woman. Wide spread lesbian and homosexual relations in virtually all civilised countries have proved our ancients false, and the funny part is that it has been accepted as legal by the concerned societies.

Moon and Venus combination generally gives a sense of self-confidence as well as sense of vanity and ego; some individuals wear their ego rather sharply, as reflected in their talk and behaviour that sometimes pinches others. In rare cases, this combination gives a second or third marriage, during the lifetime of the first one or during the first- one still living together with the spouse. Where law of the Land prohibits it, the individual doesn’t hesitate from keeping mistress or enjoying casual or one-night friendship with opposite sex, no doubt, in a very secret manner. These individuals (men and women alike) are fond of costly jewellery or costly costume, including hand wear and footwear.

These individuals are usually without knowledge of music or dance or any other fine art, like painting, drawing, architecture, or art and technique of landscape. But they at least enjoy exhibiting drawings/ pictures, piece-de-art, or paintings of these items of fine arts or good fruits and good musical instruments, cassettes of high class music (including classical music of India) in their drawing rooms.
Some of these individuals get interested in collecting ancient costumes, jewellery, decorative ornaments and paintings. Some others are interested in attending dances, musical concerts, meeting film and stage personalities, and obtaining their autographs.

Whether personal resources and financial status allow or not, some of these individuals like to live and behave like aristocrats, whatever the cost and ultimate effect on their finances.
These individuals are often fond of mountaineering or going to places known for snowfall and cold climate etc. Instead of taking the spouse along, they take a friend of the opposite sex with them. But if the spouse has a strong nature by influence of own stars, the individual is obliged to take the spouse along.

These types of individuals have hardly any hesitation in borrowing money and other items from others, and they conveniently forget repayments or return of the items thus borrowed. Because they are experts in sweet words, more or less flattery, very rarely they are discarded or totally refused a loan. They manage to obtain a loan, if not in full, at least a part of it, and to cover it up, they always demand higher loan than their actual need at that moment. Sometimes to create an impression of their honesty of purpose and genuineness of the demand for loan, they take their spouse along.

Moon and Jupiter in the 2nd House

Moon and Jupiter combination is a favourable one in the 2nd house. These two definitely make the individual richer than financial position in per-career stage. Another favour is in the shape of gold, silver, jewellery, ornaments, costly furniture, much better style of living, rich wardrobe, presentable appearance outdoors, social connections.

Even if the individual makes investments in risky avenues, Moon and Jupiter in 2nd rarely give losses, and if by chance any loss descends upon the individual, these two stars make their best effort to revival from the loss, and reaching the same standard of money-content and wealth as before. Speculation in shares and investments as sleeping partner in business or industrial venture, or permanent investments in shares in business and industrial ventures normally do not lead to losses, provided investments are not made under any kind of pressure or obligation. But gambling and betting on horse races can lead to losses, morose if  Mars or Saturn or Rahu or Herschell be in the 12th house in the birth chart or yearly chart. Even transit of Saturn, Rahu or retrograde Mars over the 12th house can lead to losses in gambling and races etc., in that particular period of time.

Normally these individuals have very strong memory studies and in money matters, also good understanding of avenues of investments and the market trends. They are very careful to keep their savings and money in banking institutions or similar organisations, that is they rarely keep their money in a place of risk.

Another cause for their money growing and not leading to major losses is that generally their investment-oriented money generates from genuine and honest sources of earning. It is not in the shape of unearned money. These individuals are impressive orators and their talk or speech is often enriched by useful and befitting quotations, reciting of relevant pieces of poems/ poetry etc. They are liberal in giving charity to deserving people or purposes, and if they do not have own funds, they try to get funds from others capable of helping in such cases.

Because of all these good virtues and qualities, the individual enjoys very good status and respect in society. If the individuals are judges in any court or tribunal or forum or are members of legal body like Law Commission etc., they enjoy high level of respect and reputation in the public because of their honesty of purpose.

These individuals are fond of good food and have very good appetite for it. For this purpose, generally they do not miss going to a party, where good and tasty food is likely to be served. This also raises their social popularity, instead of harming it in any way.
