Moon and Jupiter in the 2nd House

Moon and Jupiter combination is a favourable one in the 2nd house. These two definitely make the individual richer than financial position in per-career stage. Another favour is in the shape of gold, silver, jewellery, ornaments, costly furniture, much better style of living, rich wardrobe, presentable appearance outdoors, social connections.

Even if the individual makes investments in risky avenues, Moon and Jupiter in 2nd rarely give losses, and if by chance any loss descends upon the individual, these two stars make their best effort to revival from the loss, and reaching the same standard of money-content and wealth as before. Speculation in shares and investments as sleeping partner in business or industrial venture, or permanent investments in shares in business and industrial ventures normally do not lead to losses, provided investments are not made under any kind of pressure or obligation. But gambling and betting on horse races can lead to losses, morose if  Mars or Saturn or Rahu or Herschell be in the 12th house in the birth chart or yearly chart. Even transit of Saturn, Rahu or retrograde Mars over the 12th house can lead to losses in gambling and races etc., in that particular period of time.

Normally these individuals have very strong memory studies and in money matters, also good understanding of avenues of investments and the market trends. They are very careful to keep their savings and money in banking institutions or similar organisations, that is they rarely keep their money in a place of risk.

Another cause for their money growing and not leading to major losses is that generally their investment-oriented money generates from genuine and honest sources of earning. It is not in the shape of unearned money. These individuals are impressive orators and their talk or speech is often enriched by useful and befitting quotations, reciting of relevant pieces of poems/ poetry etc. They are liberal in giving charity to deserving people or purposes, and if they do not have own funds, they try to get funds from others capable of helping in such cases.

Because of all these good virtues and qualities, the individual enjoys very good status and respect in society. If the individuals are judges in any court or tribunal or forum or are members of legal body like Law Commission etc., they enjoy high level of respect and reputation in the public because of their honesty of purpose.

These individuals are fond of good food and have very good appetite for it. For this purpose, generally they do not miss going to a party, where good and tasty food is likely to be served. This also raises their social popularity, instead of harming it in any way.
